I am interested in applied research to address real-world clinical issues. My research interests include three broad aspects:
1. Examining the psychopathology of eating disorders and improving the effectiveness of psychological treatments for individuals with body image concerns, including digital CBT interventions and early intervention approaches.
2. Improving access to timely, evidence-based support for disadvantaged populations, including those who have experienced violence and psychological trauma.
3. Using participatory and creative approaches to understand and improve mental health at the community level.
